What if my restaurant is too far gone?

Honest answer: sometimes it is. I'll tell you on the discovery call. If I can't help, I won't take your money — I'll tell you what to do instead (sell clean, restructure, close).

How is this different from a regular consultant?

I'm based in Rockville, MD. Tier 1 on-site visit is included in price for the DC / MD / VA metro. For locations outside that radius, we cover travel cost separately or run the visit virtually if you prefer.
