The chef who builds the software he wished he had.

37 years on the line. Now I build tools for operators, consult on hospitality systems, and still run Chef Tony's. One home for everything I do.

The Throughline

A working chef who got tired of bad software.

I've spent 37 years in hospitality and I still run Chef Tony's today. Every tool I tried was built by people who'd never plated a Saturday night — so I started building my own. That turned into software other operators use, consulting for owners who want a partner instead of a pitch deck, and a restaurant that keeps it all honest. This page is the front door to every bit of it.
